Do I have to pay anything to join?

Accepted Answer

No. Applying, the training sessions, mentoring and mock interviews are all free. You pay only after you join a company through us — a one-time fee, split into two parts: half after you join, and half after your first month's salary.

What if I don't get placed?

Then you pay nothing. There is no charge at any stage. Even an offer letter costs you nothing — the fee starts only once you have joined.

Question 3

I'm a fresh graduate with no work experience. Can I apply?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A large part of what we do is first jobs. We'll tell you which fields your degree and interests fit, and prepare you for those specific interviews.

Question 4

I want to switch to a completely different field. Is that realistic?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes yes, sometimes no — it depends on your background and how far the switch is. We'll tell you straight after the profile review rather than take you through a process that won't work.

Do you only place people in policy and government roles?

No. We place across data and analytics, product management, software development, consulting, political consulting, public policy, government consulting, the development sector and CSR.

Can I continue my UPSC attempt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us on the form. We will look for roles that work alongside a serious attempt.

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your profile and on which roles are open when you apply. Most of the timeline is the employer's hiring cycle, not ours. We'll give you a realistic picture after the profile review.
